Led by Dr Jennifer Weber, CEO the CCS team of practitioners and professional staff are supported by a dedicated team of volunteers and members, including members of the Society’s voluntary board.

President
Dr Michael Christie is a retired General Practitioner. Married with 5 adult children and 2 grandchildren. He has been a Caroline Chisholm Society Board Member for over 20 years and the Board President for past 2 years.

Stephen Mullins
Treasurer
Stephen Mullins is married with two adult children and one grandchild. He is experienced in small business, operating and managing community post offices and has held managerial positions in banking, superannuation and financial planning. Stephen has been a Board member of the Caroline Chisholm Society since 2015.
Kristen Sikora
Kristen Sikora is a marketing and communications executive manager, with experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations. Having completed her Master of Marketing, she specializes in brand development and creating positive experiences that drive growth, impact and change. She is currently employed within the financial sector and is married with a young family.
Mark Dohrmann
Mark Dohrmann AM is a professional engineer and ergonomist, married with four adult children. He is a specialist in workplace and public safety, particularly in relation to legal liability. His interests include assistance to persons with disabilities, and homelessness. He has chaired several not-for-profit organisations, including Solve Disability Solutions (formerly Tadvic) and Sacred Heart Mission.
Katharine Solly

Phil Gatens
Frances Beaumont
Frances’ ongoing clinical experience dates from the commencement of her nursing studies over 35 years ago. Frances continues to practice as a Registered Nurse in a Victorian Public Hospital. Her professional experience also includes clinical research. Voluntary work has brought experience in governance as a member of Human Research Ethics Committees & Board membership. Married and with an adult daughter, Frances is grateful for their support in her endeavours.

Jennifer’s experience extends over 30 years in government, community and university leadership roles, including several years with the government of Alberta (Canada) including oversight on priority and key public policy initiatives in the fields of early childhood, education, disabilities and human services. Married with 4 children and 3 grandchildren – who are the inspiration for why we strive to improve the social and emotional wellbeing of mothers and children.
