Here are the Caroline Chisholm Society (CCS) we believe in the empowerment of women and families; it’s one of our values.  We do this by providing support to mothers, babies, toddlers and the family that surrounds them.  Our work is inspired by Caroline Chisholm, a women who dedicated herself to supporting others.

We also believe many professionals are integral to making a team the best it can be.  Those interested in submitting a written application, are welcome to do so.  We are often seeking experienced practitioners and case managers, community engagement professionals and administrators.

Student Placement Programs

We value our strong partnerships with universities, our commitment to evidence‑based practice, and our connections with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).

Through these collaborations, we provide meaningful student placement opportunities that support the next generation of practitioners while enriching the services we deliver to families.

We currently work closely with our university partners to fill all student placement positions in advance. As a result, vacancies are not advertised publicly and are coordinated directly with our partner institutions.
